At Drum Shop, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your rhythm; if a piece of gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in brand-new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the order history page to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and drum keys are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the gear to verify its condition, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
