The Yamaha 15" x 5" JR Robinson Signature Snare Drum with Wood Hoops is a rare and highly distinctive signature snare, designed for the legendary session drummer John “JR” Robinson. With its unusual 15" diameter, shallow 5" depth and factory wood hoops, this drum delivers a broad, warm and full-bodied voice with superb articulation.

At the heart of the drum is a 4-ply birch shell with reinforcement rings, giving it Yamaha’s classic balance of clarity, punch and controlled resonance. Birch is known for its focused attack and strong projection, while the reinforcement rings add body and stability, helping the drum deliver a solid fundamental tone without losing sensitivity.

• In Excellent Pre Loved Condition - In full working order with no cracks or structural damage to the shell. The snare has been very well cared for and shows only minimal signs of use, such as small scratches and chips to the hoops and hardware. Overall, it’s in great condition with only the lightest cosmetic imperfections.
